What time is the draw?
The draw time may vary per trade promotion.
We exhibit all draw times, dates and locations on our website.
Where can I watch the draw?
The draws are conducted via livestream on our official Instagram page @vlnationaus and our Facebook page @vlnation
Who can enter?
Full entry eligibility and criteria is available via our terms and conditions which is located on our giveaway page. You must be over 18 years old to enter.
How do I know if I’m apart of the draw?
You will receive confirmation of your purchase and corresponding entries via email. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk or spam. If you cannot locate an email from us, then please email admin@tuffstreeters.com.au
Where can I find my entry numbers?
We don’t issue ticket or entry numbers. Entrant tickets are printed with full name and mobile number and are printed the corresponding amount of times, per entries and package purchased.
Is this a raffle?
No. This is a trade promotion lottery as per the state legislations we are governed under.
Do you contact the winner via Facebook message or Instagram message?
No we don’t! Trade promotions attract a lot of scammers and fraud activity due to the nature of them. We do not contact winners or entrants via any social media channels. Please ensure if you are contacted by a page that is impersonating us to report it immediately. We are working around the clock to try and get impersonating pages down, however it’s an ongoing process. If you are unsure of what our official social media channels are please view them on our website or please email: admin@tuffstreeters.com.au
Can I win multiple prizes?
All draws are fair and not biased to prior winners! It is possible for a prior winner to win again in the future. They are not exempt.
How can I found out who won?
All winners are announced via Facebook and Instagram livestream on the date and time of each draw. They will be contacted via txt msg and phone call during the livestream and after livestream has ended on the same day. All winners are also published on our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook)
Do you have an official present at your draws?
Yes! We ensure that an independent scrutineer is present at all of our live draws.
Do you finance any of your vehicles?
No we don’t!
What legislation are you governed by?
Tuff Streeters gains all relevant state permits prior to each trade promotion conducted. These permits are located on our giveaway page. We also hold accreditation with Australian Owned (certification #08177) which guarantees that our business is genuinely Australian owned and operated.
